Terms

1. Alcohol and Drugs

Attendance while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted. When breathalised, you musthave a ZERO blood alcohol concentration. Participants who behave in a disruptive, unruly fashion shall be excluded from the session.

2. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or directly in front of the entrance to the premises where the course is conducted.

3. Behaviour

Disruptive, uncooperative, rude or offensive behaviour is NOT acceptable.

4. Lateness

Please try and arrive at least five minutes before the appointment time. Please contact the agency if you are running late.

5. Missed Sessions

Any session that is missed, will need to be completed. This may delay your completion of the program and incur an additional $70 fee. Missing the first session of a program will result in exclusion from the entire program and a need to be re-booked into a further program provided an additional $70 fee is paid.

6. What to bring?

All you need to bring to the program is a pen and a snack if desired.

7. Completion Certificate:

Upon completion of this course, you will be issued with a completion certificate verifying your attendance. If you lose your certificate, another will be re-issued provided a $70 fee is paid.

8. Warning

Failure to abide by the above conditions may result in exclusion from the Course and the rebooking fee of $70 to be paid.

9. Refunds / Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for absenteeism. A rebooking fee of $70 will apply. Cancellations with two weeks notice incur a $70 refund. Cancellations within the  two weeks of the Course Date do not incur any refund.

10. Fee

A fee of $165.00 is payable prior to attending the program. Please complete the enrollment form and send payment with a copy of your enrollment form (cheque/money order) to: AHEV, P.O. BOX 846, TEMPLESTOWE, VIC. 3106. Please note that an enrollment form must be received prior to your attendance even if you are paying on arrival; a receipt of payment and / or acknowledgment of enrollment are NOT automatically issued.
