Conditions of Attendance

To be eligible for a Completion Certificate each participant must comply with the following attendance conditions:

  1. Be in possesion of a letter from VicRoads which confirms you are eligible for the program you booked into. You must produce proof of this letter (or replacement email) at the first session of your progam. If you are unable to produce this proof, you will not be permitted to attend the program (a photocopy or proof of relicencing letter/email on your phone is acceptable).
  2. Make sure that all resources (Handbooks, Diaries, Reports, etc..) specified in the ‘What to bring’ section of your order completion email are brought to your program.
  3. Bring an eligible form of photo I.D (e.g. Drivers Licence or Passport) to first session of your program (a photocopy or proof of photo I.D on your phone is acceptable).
  4. Attend all sessions with a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of ZERO and NOT be under the influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs.
  5. Attend all sessions on time. It is essential that you are punctual, as lateness cannot be guaranteed access to the program. Significantly, you will not receive a refund if you do not attend. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.
  6. Actively participate in and complete all required tasks and activities.
  7. Show no anti-social or agressive behaviours that may disrupt / prevent other participants from completing required tasks and activities. Please note all offending participants will be asked to leave without refund. Refer to our Zero Tolerance Policy for more information.
  8. Smoking and/or eating are NOT allowed during the delivery of the program. Light snacks and water may be permitted at Program Facilitator’s discretion.
  9. The use of mobile phones and/or any other smart device is not permitted during the program (unless otherwise specified by your Program Facilitator or program requirments).
  10. Adhere to our Monitoring & Recording Policy. Remember that by accepting our terms and conditions, you consent that you may be monitored or recorded (by microphone and/or camera) during your program. If you do not wish to be recorded please let your Program Facilitator know at the start of your program.
  11. Payment of all fees and proof of concession if applicable.

Our Program Facilitators reserve the right to reject/eject participants from a session if their actions are not in accordance with above conditions – This does not entitle you to a refund and no completion certificate will be issued.

Booking Policy

All bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to the program start date. We do not accept bookings within 3 days of the program start date, as we require sufficient time to verify and register your information with VicRoads.

Monitoring & Recording Policy

Programs may be monitored or recorded (by microphone and/or camera) for quality assurance and/or VicRoads Auditing purposes. By accepting our terms and conditions, you consent that you may be monitored or recorded (by microphone and/or camera) during your program. If you do not wish to be recorded please let your Program Facilitator know at the start of your program. Please note, all monitoring and recording is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

A policy of Zero Tolerance is adopted to anti-social, disruptive or aggressive behaviour. Offending participants will be asked to leave and are not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation Policy 

Due to mandatory administration, VicRoads and online fees, there are NO Refunds to be issued under any circumstances, as once you book (and pay) for a given service, you would have reserved a spot into the program.

As per VicRoads regulations, courses have limited minimum and maximum places. Thus, once you book and pay, we are liable to pay non-refundable fees on your behalf for various administration issues and to different bodies.

If you can’t make it to any session, for whatever reason, this will result in your having to rebook into another program and pay the corresponding fees. This is for the same reasons given above.

We cannot guarantee that online listed courses will eventually run as this would depend on level of participation. We require a minimum of 3 participants per course to cover our costs for the same reasons given above.

We will always try hard not to cancel any service, however, if we must cancel a given course, we will provide you with a minimum 48 hours notice and the opportunity to be placed into another program (as convenient to you as is possible) at no charge.

Please note that once a session of a given program has started, then session 2 must go ahead regardless of level of participation.

Finally, please note that we are approved VicRoads providers of BCP services. As such, our conditions of approval mandates that we abide by all VicRoads requirements and standards of operation.


Returns Policy

Given the nature of the product itself and due to health measures, breathalysers are not subject to return or refund following after the first week of purchase. However, any breathalysers perceived to be malfunctioning upon receipt, must be immediately returned for check up and replacement if necessary.

No refunds or returns apply to all other physical products.
